Thus the increased use of the air conditioning window units have resulted in the excessive heating of the earth’s crust by providing free passage to the sun’s UV radiation to reach the earth’s surface.

There are various standards set up for the establishment of such air conditioners. For the power saving purpose, the stars are put over them which rate them according to their consumption of electricity. Also the British thermal units have figured the standards of the size of these devices based upon the area for which they are used. Also nowadays these air conditioners are coming with the filter which cleans the air and helps in refreshing the room and saving money and energy.

Thus the air conditioning window units have become the need of every house or office just to relax and escape from the outside heat of the atmosphere.
